Day 6 : Çukurca to Kasimlar

The morning after, the sun is shining as if there hadn't been any thunderstorm at all. Ideal to get the tent dry before packing and enjoy a breakfast under the Turkish flag.  From the campsite it was about 15 km to the next village, Kesme. A market, two groceries and that's about it. The water supply is solved - I tried the water from the waterfalls en fountains here and my stomach agreed.   At the groceries, I chatted a bit, with the aid of google translate. The old man made çai for me, somebody else joined drinking tea. That guy knew some English and we discussed which way would be best to take and where there were places to sleep and eat. It's easy to spent half an hour at a grocer, and that's not a question of not knowing what to choose.   I made it a rather short day with about 35 km and 700 m of altitude and enjoyed the scenery...
